She slept better but otherwise did not see any marked improvement as far as what they claim in their advertisement. They sent her a second shipment. She did not want it because of the awful side effects. When she called to return it, they told her to dump it and they would credit her account. Called Procera again a couple of months later to follow up about crediting her account- gave her a song and dance that it should be handled soon. Seven months later, the credit card company is still after her and now has given her name to the collection agency. I called Procera about crediting the account- the supervisor was not only nasty, condescending and hung up on me. The product does not work and the employees are hustlers. I recently bought a 4 bottle deal from Barclaysbin which had at least 2 full tablespoons of sediment. It was disgusting. While attempting to drink it, after running it thru a coffee filter, I called them. They would not credit me the lousy $14.00, no way, no how. They claim that Barclaysbin does not have the same guarantee as barclay's. Really? So, drink my sediment and shut up? After repeated attempts to recuperate my money, I failed. They win. For $14, I'm out of there. Their wine is no big deal (Their = Barclaysbin AND Barclays) - same company from a consumer perspective. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
